 Returns & Exchanges

At Amariss Jewelry, we currently offer exchanges only.

Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 7 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:
- Jewelry must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- Items with signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
- Sale, clearance, custom engraved, and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Once your exchange is approved, you will receive store credit for the original amount paid, excluding:
- Shipping charges
- Discounts or promotional codes applied to the purchase

In cases of incorrect shipment by Amariss Jewelry, shipping costs will be covered by us.

Return Shipping
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the incorrect item was sent by Amariss Jewelry.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gifts With Purchase
If your order included a complimentary gift, the gift item must also be returned with the exchange. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your store credit.
